    • Bring/PostNord estimates a delivery time of 1-5 working days from the moment the package is delivered to the post office.
    • Under normal circumstances, the total estimated delivery time can range from 2-8 working days.
  3. Tracking and Delays:

    • If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, we recommend checking the tracking information provided.
    • In case of any delays, please contact PostNord/Bring directly for further assistance.
    • We recommend installing the respective distributors' apps for easy tracking and updates on your shipment.

  4. Package Pickup:

    • If you prefer a specific PostNord office to pick up your package, please leave a note during the checkout process.
    • If no specific location is specified, PostNord will choose the nearest pick-up location as per their estimation.
  5. Large Packages:

    • Please note that packages exceeding size or weight limitations for mailbox delivery will be shipped to the nearest PostNord pick-up point.
    • This is to ensure safe and efficient delivery of your order.
