Kei Uomi, also known as Oicazzo or Oikatso, is one of the tritagonists in the series "Shangri-La Frontier." He is a skilled gamer from Japan and is recognized as one of the country's best fighting gamers. In the story, he meets the protagonist, Sunraku, while playing a low-quality game. Kei is notable for his character in "Shangri-La," where he plays a female character despite being male.
