The item will be shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days, excluding national holidays and announced personal days off. Bring/PostNord estimates 1-5 business days from the moment the package is delivered to the post office. Total delivery time is estimated to be between 2-8 business days under normal conditions.
If your package has not arrived within the estimated time, please check the tracking or contact PostNord/Bring in case of delays. We also recommend that you install the respective distributors' apps. If you still have questions, please feel free to contact us via the form below.
Leave a message if you want a specific PostNord office to pick up the package, otherwise PostNord will choose the nearest pickup location. With PostNord pickup lockers, it is possible that the locker is full or the selection was not available and will then be delivered to the nearest PostNord pickup location.
PS: For oversized packages, they will be sent to the nearest PostNord pickup point due to size and weight restrictions for mailbox delivery.
