Akagi Joshu Soba is a high-quality, dried buckwheat noodle that gives you an authentic taste of Japan. Soba is known for its distinctive, slightly nutty and earthy flavor from the buckwheat flour, and has a firm and satisfying consistency.

This pack contains three separate 90g bundles, providing perfect portion control for three individual meals.

Simple Preparation (for one serving):

  1. Boil plenty of water in a large pot (at least 1 liter).

  2. Add one bundle (90g) of noodles and cook for 5-6 minutes. Stir gently to separate the noodles.

  3. Drain the water and rinse the noodles immediately in cold, running water. This is crucial to get the right firm texture.

  4. Served either cold with a dipping sauce (zaru soba) or in a hot soup broth (kake soba).
