How to use:

Position the item where you wish to apply it.
Set your iron to a medium temperature (150°C) and ensure it is on the dry setting. Place a cloth over the item before ironing. Press the iron firmly with both hands on the front and back of the item, applying heat for 20-30 seconds on each side.
